The night went unbelievably well & really, really fast!  Here was our timeline:

1:18 a.m. – Missy wakes up to a strong contraction

1:30 a.m. – Missy wakes me up & informs me that it’s time to go

1:45 a.m. – Good friend arrives to watch the other kiddos

1:53 a.m. – We are in the car headed to the hospital

2:16 a.m. – We got checked in to the hospital. Dr. Heckman arrives at virtually the same time

3:15 a.m. – Lillian is born – healthy, beautiful and loud

5:16 p.m. - Missy & Lilly are discharged from the hospital and we head home
